The other day I was talking to a friend about some women's health issues and I got a little hysterical. You see, a friend of mine asked me why it is so easy to implement the things you can do and don't need a big lifestyle change to stay healthy. Since I always knew she was a fit person, this seemed like a strange question to her. But, she wanted my opinion. She later admitted that I was picking my brain to get ideas for a book I wanted to write about women's fitness. Somehow, she seemed to me to be true. There are a lot of people who ignore simple things, not because they don't know, but because we are so busy we forget them. And, sometimes we need to remind ourselves. Therefore, I decided to write a short article myself.

What Is Functional Fitness Training
There are now so many internet articles and principles that argue only on the definition of functional fitness training ... this is not one of them. I understand that any training can be classified as functional based on the training you are taking. For example, if you are on the job description, you need the world's largest biceps, then yes, 2 hours of biceps per day are classified as functional training.
The goal here is not to discuss the ambiguity of the word but to highlight the benefits, so for the purpose of this article, functional fitness training refers to an exercise or group of exercises that improve, optimizes, and enables daily functioning. There is no need to eat a healthy diet for vegetables and fruits. Meats and poultry are part of healthy eating when used properly. It is also important to include enough protein in any diet.
