Health and Unhealthy Foods List

There is no need to eat a healthy diet for vegetables and fruits. Meats and poultry are part of healthy eating when used properly. It is also important to include enough protein in any diet. Eating too little protein is a problem in many countries, and sometimes high in protein (energy) malnutrition. Meat and poultry are the biggest contributors to protein in your diet. If meat and poultry items are not in your healthy eating diet, you should learn more about the whole, incomplete and complementary proteins instead of the proteins you provide.
